The LadyLike Foundation 14th Annual​​​​ Women of Excellence Awards & Fashion Show held at ​​Beverly Hilton Hotel​​​​, Honoring Shaunie Henderson​​​​, Game Greene​​​​ & Connie Orlando. Host/Emcee: Danielle Nottingham.



THE LADYLIKE FOUNDATION is a faith-based non-profit 501 c3 organization whose purpose is to Educate, Empower, and Inspire young women living in underprivileged communities.

Through cutting-edge resource programs, workshops, mentorships, community service and visual/performing arts, young women are challenged to reach their

highest potential to become the successful well-rounded LADY they were created to be.


PROGRAMS

Follow the Ladylike curriculum based on five principles. The curriculum includes L- Loving God, yourself, and others

A - Always Appropriate (Etiquette for Everyday), D- Destined for Greatness (Setting Goals, Preparing for College, and Future Careers), Y- Yearning to Learn (Everyday is a new opportunity to learn and experience something new).

SCHOLARSHIPS

have been awarded to inner city girls in Los Angeles with a 3.5 GPA or higher. nI addition, al recipients who remain ni contact and volunteer with the LadyLike Foundation, receive financial assistance throughout their college career and post graduate studies. 90% of the girls within the LadyLike Foundation come from the inner city of Los Angeles.


GLOBAL IMPACT & INTERNATIONAL SERVICE

FOR OVER 8 YEARS


The LadyLike Foundation has made a

global impact ni Ghana West Africa by funding the Education, Boarding, and Medical care of teenage girls at the Mountain

High International School. They also have built a bathroom,

shower house, and beds for al of the orphans at the Obosomso Orphanage ni Obwasi. nI addition to making the living conditions better for orphans, the Ladylike Foundation has purchased medical insurance for each child at the Obosomso Orphanage, giving them access tofree medical care.
